A hat-trick of BALI award wins, the third consecutive year for Elite

Elite Landscapes has been awarded three BALI National Landscape Awards this year, marking the third consecutive year the company has picked up a hat-trick of wins at the National Landscape Awards.

This year's winning projects are:

Westmont Beach Club, White City Living
Commercial Roof Garden or Podium Landscaping, Over £500K
Delivered for St James

Plot H11B Private Gardens, Elephant Park
Soft Landscaping Construction (non-domestic), Under £500K
Delivered for Bovis Construction

The Gaumont, King's Road, Chelsea
Hard Landscaping Construction (non-domestic), Over £500K
Delivered for McLaren Construction

At Westmont Beach Club, our team delivered an extensive mix of hard and soft landscape elements over a demanding podium build-up. Judges praised the exemplary standard achieved for both residents and the wider commercial use of the space.

At Plot H11B, Elephant Park, judges highlighted the strength of the planting itself, describing a scheme that had settled in well and delivered genuine biodiversity benefits, achieved through close collaboration between our site team and the project's designer.

At The Gaumont on King's Road, Chelsea, our team delivered a full hard landscape package via a HAKI staircase and night shifts around a live build programme. Judges recognised both the difficulty of that access and the quality of the finished communal space for this Art Deco landmark.

We'd like to thank our design partners on these projects, Murdoch Wickham, Gillespies and Bowles and Wyer, and our clients, St James, Bovis Construction and McLaren Construction, for their collaboration throughout.
