Delivered in 2026 as part of our ongoing work at White City Living since 2017, the Westmont Level 11 Beach Club is a rooftop podium amenity space featuring full hard and soft landscaping, trees, dense planting, a bar, BBQ and two bespoke cladded enclosures atop one of the scheme's flagship high-rise blocks in west London.

The brief called for a flagship rooftop amenity space, built safely, on time and to budget, that residents would genuinely want to spend time in. Eleven storeys up, the Level 11 Beach Club had to function as a fully equipped leisure destination: bar, BBQ and outdoor kitchen, sheltered enclosures, dense planting and a reliable irrigation system, all while protecting the insulation and waterproofing layer beneath the podium slab.
Working as specialist landscaping sub-contractor to St James, Elite delivered the full hard and soft landscaping package at 64 Wood Lane, coordinating with cladding, lighting, MEP and bar/kitchen fit-out trades across a constrained rooftop environment. Materials were craned to a sub-10m² landing zone and moved across the deck by electric pallet truck, with the slab protected throughout to safeguard the waterproofing layer below.
The finished deck brings together reclaimed Yorkstone paving, resin-bound gravel, two 5m+ cladded enclosures with pergolas and integrated lighting, a bar, BBQ and outdoor kitchen, alongside rich soft landscaping — trees, shrubs, perennials, climbers and hedging — all supported by a fully commissioned Rain Bird irrigation system engineered for reliable performance at height.
Careful value engineering during the tender phase removed £342k from the package without compromising the design intent — a result that reflects Elite's commitment to delivering quality within real project constraints.
The project was handed over in 2026, and the site was awarded the 2025 NHBC Pride in the Job Supreme Award, recognising Westmont as the number one high-rise site in the UK.
