Elite Gets Competitive (Off-Site!): Fairgame Team Social

Last Thursday, the Elite Landscapes team traded high-vis and hard hats for game tokens and good times at Fairgame, London’s ultimate destination for competitive socialising.

From whack-a-mole to duck shooting, the afternoon was packed with friendly rivalry, shared laughs, and a healthy dose of nostalgia. Colleagues from across the business came together — site teams, office staff, and leadership — all competing side by side in classic fairground-style games with a modern twist.

The energy was high, the scores were close, and the team spirit was stronger than ever. It wasn’t just about winning (although a few definitely had their eyes on the leaderboard!) — it was a chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect with teammates, and celebrate the incredible work being delivered across Elite.

With great food, drinks, and conversations flowing throughout, the day was a brilliant reminder that investing in team culture is just as important as delivering excellence on-site.

A huge thank you to everyone who came and to those who helped organise such a fun, memorable day. We’re already looking forward to the next one!
