Elite Landscapes secures three-year British Land maintenance contract

Elite Landscapes is pleased to announce its appointment to a three-year landscape maintenance contract with British Land, one of the UK's leading property development and investment companies. Already delivering services across five landmark estates in central London, our teams are helping to maintain some of the capital's most prominent public realm spaces.

The portfolio includes Paddington Central, Regent's Place, Broadgate adjacent to Liverpool Street Station, Canada Water Wetlands and Norton Folgate. Together, these sites encompass some of London's most prominent public realm spaces, alongside the ecologically significant wetlands at Canada Water.

A dedicated team of 12 gardeners has been appointed to deliver the contract. Five transferred to Elite Landscapes under TUPE, ensuring continuity of service and retaining valuable site knowledge, while a further seven have been recruited specifically to support the contract.

The appointment expands Elite Landscapes' maintenance division to 33 full-time staff and a fleet of 15 vehicles. Dedicated gardening teams now maintain nine sites across the portfolio five days a week, supported by eight mobile teams operating throughout London to provide responsive maintenance services across the wider business.
