Elite has skillfully transformed Glenn Howells' architectural vision into reality, seamlessly blending the beauty of nature with innovative man-made designs.

 

The site was inspired by explorer Dr Nathaniel Bagshaw Ward who invented the Wardian case, a technique used to successfully transport plants without risk of death throughout the world during the 19th century.

With this in mind, over 100 different exotic species of trees, plants and flowers were sourced from around the world and placed throughout The Wardian’s various private gardens, glass cases, and double height rooftop sky garden. The scope also involved hard landscaping and street furniture features to the sky garden which can be seen in the pictures below.
