This month, we were proud to celebrate the remarkable individuals who exemplify these values through our Elite Employee Excellence Awards.
The awards shine a spotlight on those who have gone above and beyond in areas of leadership, health and safety, and on-site dedication — reflecting the culture of excellence that underpins our work.
This month’s honourees include:
Audrius Sadauskas – Recognised for exceptional leadership in health, safety, and environmental compliance. Audrius was honoured with Supervisor of the Month at Eight Gardens and Elite Contractor of the Month at Clarendon.
Daniel Cozma – A key contributor to health and safety excellence, Daniel’s consistent performance has helped place Elite at the top of the OHSE reporting league at Woodberry Down.
Stefan Balan – Commended for his rapid and effective response during Storm Darragh, ensuring urgent safety issues were managed swiftly and effectively.
Georgian Georgescu – Instrumental in the success of White City Living Phase 3, where his work contributed to securing the NHBC Pride in the Job Supreme Award.
Bogdan Doroftei – Celebrated as Operative of the Month for his skilled work as a machine driver at Clarendon.
Suhan Constantin and Sergiu Nabusevschi – Acknowledged by Wates for placing Top of the League on the Performance Matrix at Canada Water, thanks to their consistent standards and impactful contributions.
To mark their achievements, the Elite team came together for a celebratory lunch — a small gesture of appreciation for the tremendous skill, professionalism, and reliability shown by each award recipient.
