Delivering Across London: Three Projects Completed
Elite Landscapes has recently completed three landscape construction projects across London, delivering schemes that range from the restoration of a Chelsea landmark to a major regeneration development in Zone 1 and a rooftop amenity space overlooking White City.

The Gaumont, King's Road, Chelsea
Working for McLaren Construction, Elite Landscapes designed, supplied and installed the complete hard and soft landscaping package for the transformation of the former Gaumont cinema into a premium residential development comprising six buildings.
Working alongside landscape architect Bowles and Wyer and structural engineer AKT II, the scheme included high-quality paving, brickwork, retaining walls, bespoke steel planters, drainage systems and an extensive planting palette of specimen trees, shrubs, perennials, climbers, hedging and bulbs. The project also achieved its BREEAM planting requirements and fulfilled Section 106 commitments for local employment, apprenticeships and procurement.

Elephant Park, Plot H11B
For Bovis Construction, Elite Landscapes delivered the complete external works package to the private podium gardens serving Plot H11B at Elephant Park.
Designed by Gillespies, the landscape provides a high-quality outdoor environment for 259 apartments, combining specimen trees and seasonal planting with resin-bound paving, bespoke hard landscaping, play surfacing, drainage and a Rain Bird irrigation system to support long-term plant establishment.

Westmont Beach Club, White City Living
At White City Living, Elite Landscapes completed the Level 11 Beach Club for St James, creating a premium rooftop amenity space more than 11 storeys above ground.
Designed by Murdoch Wickham, the scheme features reclaimed Yorkstone paving, resin-bound gravel, bespoke clad enclosures, pergolas with integrated lighting, a bar and outdoor kitchen, all set within extensive planting. The project demanded careful planning and logistics, with materials craned into a landing zone of less than 10 square metres before being transported across the roof while protecting the waterproofing system beneath.
Although each project presented very different technical and logistical challenges, all three demonstrate the breadth of Elite Landscapes' expertise in delivering high-quality landscapes across London's residential and mixed-use developments.
