IElite Landscapes is proud to have successfully delivered the rooftop landscaping works at Holloway Head, a major residential development in the heart of Birmingham.
The project focused on two prominent rooftop terraces, Block B and Block D, transforming these elevated spaces into attractive, useable outdoor areas for residents. The scope of works included the installation of high-quality planters, composite decking, and concrete flag paving. Much of the paving was sustainably repurposed from previous project phases, in keeping with our commitment to minimising waste and delivering value.
We partnered with Raaft to supply the decking and planter systems for both terraces, ensuring a sleek and durable finish suitable for long-term rooftop exposure.
These rooftop areas now offer a refined outdoor experience for residents, blending thoughtful design with practical durability. Another example of how Elite brings elevated spaces to life through intelligent landscaping and precise project execution.
